		<description>I'm very much concerned about what I've heard about the town's plan to ignore zoning requirements in a protected land area.  it seems there is a plan afoot to build a house on land set aside as protected land in 1972 and the neighbors of this property have been ignored as they've voiced objections to this.  Is someone related to or connected to someone in a decision making position in town to get the zoning requirements thus circumvented?    I intend to attend Monday night's meeting and speak to this.  Hope others will do the same ...  Let's not let things slide in under the radar that run counter to wise stewardship of the land ...</description>
