The survey is being conducted by Healthy York County – a group of organizations who strive to make York County a better place to live, work and play. The group is led by the three Healthy Maine Partnerships in York County; Partners for Healthier Communities, Coastal Healthy Communities Coalition, and Choose To Be Healthy, a program of York Hospital.
