Children’s Museum Pass
Local families wishing to borrow the Library’s pass for the new Children’s Museum of New Hampshire in Dover are encouraged to make their reservation in advance, particularly for the busy April vacation week coming up. The pass, a gift from the Friends of the South Berwick Library, entitles four people to visit the museum for $2 each, which is $5 off the regular admission fee.
“We’d like to see more families take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy the new museum with their children,” said Children’s Librarian Ann Marie Townsend. “A group of four pays only $8 instead of $28 so it becomes a very affordable family outing.”
Story Times
Infant/Toddler Lap Sit for children under 24 months is Friday at 9:15. Lap Time/Story Time for children 2-3 is Thursday at 9:15. Story Time for 3- to 6-year-olds is Thursday at 10:15 or Friday at 1:15. This schedule is in effect through Memorial Day. No reservations are required.
Book Donations
The Friends of the Library are now accepting donations of gently used books, which can be left during library hours, for their annual Book Sale on May 9.
