The Town of South Berwick Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 10th, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the Council Chambers of the South Berwick Town Hall. The purpose of this hearing is an Administrative Appeal by John Rudolph and Kathy Gunst for a building permit issued for property located at 136 Oldfields Road, further identified as Tax Map 6, Lot 19A.
