An Open House at the South Berwick Fire Station at 71 Norton St. will be held from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Sunday, October 4 and kicks off next week’s Fire Prevention Week. Free lunch will be served.
South Berwick teen, Max Willette will be honored at the open house at a 1 p.m. ceremony Sunday. Max was responsible for getting himself and his mother to safety during a September 22 fire at his home in South Berwick. Also at the ceremony, the station chaplain will bless the department’s new pumper truck.
