Bio:
Dave Webster, 55 years old lifelong resident of South Berwick, reside at 15 Pond Road with wife Heather,  four children Thaddaeus, Hallie, Aubrey, and Zachariah,  graduate of Marshwood High School class of 1972, graduate of UNH class of1979 with a BS in Forestry, work for Southern New Hampshire Hydroelectric since 1983, former councilor 1998-2004

Challenges:  With less income coming from the State and local taxes it will be hard to present a reasonable budget without taxing people out of their homes.

Opportunities:  Showcase the town and surrounding area to visitors. Our beautiful downtown, lots of places to recreate, Vaughns Woods and the Town Forest for hiking, Knights Pond and the Salmon Falls and Great Works Rivers for canoeing and kayaking, and the Eastern Trail and all our back country roads for biking.

Priorities:     1  work to maintain civility between council and community
2  help people who have problems

Strengths:          I have helped to put together many budgets over the years
Skills:                 Very good communicator
Qualifications:   6 years experience on Council two as Chair

Vision in 5 years:     I would like to hope that the town can get its finances under control so that the reserve account isn’t as low as it has been so that the town can’t maintain it’s capitol improvement projects.
