			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There has been some news of the agreement between the Town of South Berwick and Comcast that was supposed to bring cable to all residents of South Berwick by the end of 2009.  There are still nearly 300 homes that do not have access to cable in South Berwick.  The work hasn&#8217;t been done as agreed, the Town has scheduled a public hearing on the situation for February 9, 2010 at 6:30 so they can proceed on action to declare Comcast in default of the agreement.  Most recently, a representative of Comcast has said the promised work will be done by April 30.   Here are the news stories:</p>
